Summary
Western Governors University seeks a Salesforce Software Engineer to develop and optimize Salesforce applications and integrations, driving innovation in online education technology.
Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and SOQL while troubleshooting and optimizing performance for 24/7 systems. Integrate third-party products and legacy systems, translate business requirements into functional solutions, and provide technical leadership in Agile environments.
Skills & Tools: Expertise in Salesforce (Apex, SOQL, Visualforce), web services (REST/SOAP), and front-end technologies (JavaScript, CSS, HTML). Strong troubleshooting, performance tuning, and communication skills required.
Qualifications: Minimum 4+ years of relevant Salesforce engineering experience; advanced degrees may reduce experience requirements. Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer certifications preferred.
Location: Hybrid in Salt Lake City, Utah, United States of America
Compensation: $116,000 – $174,100/year
