Role Snapshot
The Partner Operations Manager at RethinkFirst optimizes operational workflows for the partner sales channel, ensuring partners have the necessary tools, processes, and support to successfully sell RethinkCare's behavioral health platform. This cross-functional role manages end-to-end deal operations while driving efficiency, accuracy, and scalability across the partner ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end partner deal workflows from opportunity creation through contract execution and launch, including deal registration, pricing, commissions, and renewals. Serve as operational liaison between Partnerships, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Legal; own partner channel reporting and metrics; and create operational documentation and enablement materials to scale partner operations.
Skills & Tools: Strong project management, process design, and analytical capabilities with high attention to detail and CRM/sales operations tooling experience (Salesforce preferred). Ability to work effectively cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment while ensuring data integrity and operational consistency.
Qualifications: 4β7+ years of experience in sales operations, partner operations, revenue operations, or similar roles with demonstrated support for channel or partner sales models. Experience in healthcare, benefits, HR tech, or SaaS environments is preferred.

Compensation: $90Kβ$130K/yr
