Role Snapshot

A Human Resources Generalist at Big Brothers Big Sisters of America who serves as a key contributor to daily HR operations, shaping positive workplace culture and managing the full employee lifecycle while supporting organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities: Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, provide benefits support and HRIS administration, facilitate semi-monthly payroll cycles, coordinate employee engagement initiatives, and serve as the first point of contact for HR inquiries and employee support.
Skills & Tools: Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills; proficiency in HRIS systems and employment law knowledge preferred.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field with 3-5 years of HR experience required; SHRM-CP or HRCI certifications are a plus.
Location: United States
Compensation: $55K–$75K/yr
