Role Snapshot

Develop and refine trauma-informed group therapy curriculum for adult and adolescent Intensive Outpatient Programs at Jones Wellness Center. Transform existing lesson materials into cohesive, engaging content that integrates evidence-based modalities for effective clinical delivery.

Key Responsibilities: Refine and expand existing mental health curriculum with psychoeducation, discussion prompts, and experiential exercises while maintaining consistent formatting and structure. Organize materials to help clinicians quickly identify appropriate lessons and integrate evidence-based modalities including CBT, DBT, ACT, IFS, and somatic approaches.
Skills & Tools: Strong writing and organizational abilities with expertise in trauma-informed care, nervous system regulation, and emotional regulation. Familiarity with evidence-based modalities (ACT, CBT, DBT, IFS, somatic work) and experience creating psychoeducational or therapy group content.
Qualifications: Master's degree or equivalent in mental health field (counseling, psychology, social work) with a current license (LPC, LPC Associate, LMSW, LCSW, LMFT, LMFT Associate). Minimum 1 year of group therapy experience required.
Location: Remote
Compensation: $35/hr
