Role Snapshot

Customer Success Manager responsible for retaining and growing a portfolio of active customer accounts at GoGuardian, ensuring customers achieve maximum value from the platform. The role drives renewals, expansions, and cross-sells while serving as a trusted advisor throughout the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities: Manage customer relationships to ensure high renewal rates, identify and execute expansion opportunities through upselling and cross-selling, and guide new customers through onboarding and product adoption. Monitor customer health using analytics tools, act as a strategic advocate within GoGuardian, and maintain accurate sales pipeline forecasting in Salesforce while meeting quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Skills & Tools: 1-2 years of customer success or account management experience in B2B SaaS with excellent communication and organizational abilities. Proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce and a customer-centric mindset required.
Qualifications: Preferred background in edtech or education-focused software with the ability to adapt in fast-paced environments. Strong customer-centric approach and proven track record in account management or customer success roles.
