Role Snapshot

Client Success Intern supporting Leepfrog Technologies' CourseLeaf software team by enhancing client engagement and satisfaction during a summer 2026 internship. This role provides exposure to customer success, account management, and B2B SaaS operations in an education technology company.

Key Responsibilities: Support client check-ins and engagement activities, prepare client-facing materials, and gather feedback to assess product adoption and satisfaction. Document client concerns, compile insights for internal teams, collect satisfaction data, and contribute to success plans and cross-functional collaboration.
Skills & Tools: Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset and demonstrated interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of SaaS products and ability to learn foundational knowledge of CourseLeaf software to support client interactions.
Qualifications: Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or related fields. Passion for education, student success, and customer-facing roles preferred.
Location: Coralville, Iowa
Compensation: $15–$20/hr
