Role Snapshot

As a Content Developer at MindTickle, you will transform static customer content (documents, videos, presentations) into engaging interactive learning experiences on the MindTickle platform. This role is critical to the Customer Success team in making educational content more effective and learner-friendly.

Key Responsibilities: Convert linear content into interactive formats such as learning stops and quizzes with proper structure and presentation. Assess content from a learner's perspective to identify optimal formats and ensure easy comprehension and engagement.

Skills & Tools: Strong writing and content creation abilities with attention to detail; understanding of instructional design principles and ability to determine appropriate content formats for different learning scenarios.

Qualifications: Experience in content development, instructional design, or similar educational content creation roles; bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.

Location: In-Person - Pune

Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation for this role is ₹4,50,000 – ₹7,50,000/year based on title, seniority, and location.

Job Description

As a Content Developer, your prime responsibility will be to transform customer's linear content (documents, videos & presentations) into interactive content on MindTickle platform (learning stops, quizzes etc) that is well structured, easy to comprehend and inviting. You will need to step into the shoes of the user/learner and identify best content formats and presentation.
