Role Snapshot

Part-time contract LMS Administrator role focused on campaign execution and reporting within Workday Learning for an India-based candidate. This 6-month position (extendable) supports learning operations with US Central timezone overlap.

Key Responsibilities: Set up and manage learning campaigns in Workday Learning, run and deliver reports including audit-related requests, support course assignments and learner targeting, and assist with migration to Workday Engagement Builder. Work collaboratively with an existing LMS administrator with clearly defined responsibilities.

Skills & Tools: Proficiency with Workday Learning LMS platform, strong reporting and data analysis capabilities, and experience with learning campaign management. Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with US timezone overlap requirements.

Qualifications: Prior experience as an LMS administrator or in a learning operations support role is required. Familiarity with Workday Learning or similar LMS platforms is essential.
