Summary
The Partner Marketing Manager at Schoox will develop and execute partner marketing strategies to drive adoption of their Intelligent Learning & Growth Platform across the frontline enterprise market. This role is critical for expanding Schoox's reach through channel partnerships and co-marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: Build and manage relationships with technology and learning partners, develop co-marketing campaigns and partner enablement programs, and drive partner-sourced revenue. Track partner performance metrics and create marketing materials that support partner sales efforts.
Skills & Tools: Strong experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, or alliance management with proficiency in CRM systems and marketing automation platforms. Excellent communication, project management, and ability to balance multiple partner relationships simultaneously.
Qualifications: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in partner marketing or channel marketing roles, preferably in SaaS, HR technology, or enterprise software. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
