Role Snapshot
Lead the design and implementation of enterprise incident and change management systems at The College Board. Own the technical strategy and execution for critical infrastructure management processes.
Skills & Tools: Expert-level knowledge of incident and change management frameworks (ITIL), strong system design and architecture skills, and proficiency in enterprise software development. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to work across technical and business teams.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 8+ years of experience in enterprise incident/change management or platform engineering. Proven track record leading technical teams and delivering large-scale infrastructure solutions.
