Role Snapshot
A Sales Development Representative role at Eightfold focused on identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities in emerging markets by collaborating with Enterprise Account Executives. Ideal for candidates with some sales experience or those starting their first sales role.
Key Responsibilities: Identify and qualify sales prospects, execute outbound prospecting strategies including cold calling, and support the sales team in uncovering quality opportunities in new markets. Communicate the company's value proposition effectively to prospects.
Skills & Tools: Strong verbal and written communication skills, sales acumen, and proficiency with best practice prospecting techniques. Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and prioritize responsibilities while maintaining a competitive, goal-oriented approach.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience required, with 6+ months of sales or related experience preferred but not required for candidates entering their first sales role. Additional preference given to candidates passionate about diversity, inclusion, or recruiting.

Compensation: $50Kβ$75K/yr
