Role Snapshot
Lead instructional design innovation at Western Governors University by mentoring a team of instructional designers and integrating cutting-edge technologies into course development. Act as the primary subject matter expert driving best practices and emerging instructional design methodologies, particularly in Generative AI.
Skills & Tools: Expert knowledge of instructional design principles, advanced understanding of emerging instructional technologies and user experience, strong mentoring and leadership abilities, and expertise in Generative AI applications for education.
Qualifications: Master's degree in a relevant field preferred with at least 7 years of instructional design experience. UI/UX certification preferred.
Location: Salt Lake City, Utah
Compensation: $65K–$85K/yr (estimated)
