As a Seasonal Data Entry Specialist, you'll help keep orders moving by entering customer orders with care and handling incoming calls with a friendly, helpful touch. A day on the job looks like this:

Process written customer orders accurately into our system, meeting daily throughput and quality targets
Answer incoming customer calls to capture and confirm order information clearly and professionally
Catch and flag order discrepancies early so they can be resolved before they affect fulfillment
Keep your supervisor informed of any volume spikes, errors, or issues that need a second set of eyes
Build familiarity with our order systems and processes, applying feedback to get faster and more accurate over time
