Role Snapshot
Senior Manager of Benefits and Compensation at The Princeton Review overseeing total rewards programs including medical, dental, retirement, wellness, and compensation. This strategic role ensures effective administration, compliance, and continuous improvement of employee benefits while collaborating across internal teams.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive benefits and compensation strategies, manage salary structures and pay equity analyses, administer leave management, and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations. Serve as subject matter expert for People Team and employees on complex benefits and compensation matters.
Skills & Tools: 5+ years of benefits and compensation administration experience with strategic vision in total rewards, knowledge of benefits regulations and compliance, strong communication abilities, and proficiency in data analysis and HRIS systems.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required; preferred certifications include SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR, or CCP.
