Summary
The Curriculum Designer develops and enhances courses while ensuring academic integrity, accessibility, and pedagogical soundness. The role combines instructional design expertise with faculty support to improve learning experiences across academic subject areas.
Skills & Tools: Proven expertise in instructional design, evidence-based teaching strategies, digital learning tools, and curriculum standards. Strong collaborative communication skills and ability to translate disciplinary knowledge into accessible, inclusive learning materials.
Qualifications: Master's degree or higher in education or related field with college-level teaching experience. Demonstrated ability to design pedagogically sound curricula aligned with institutional policies and higher education best practices.
Location: Hybrid in New York City, New York, United States (in-office Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays)
Compensation: $60,000 ā $80,000 / annually
