Role Snapshot

Join Infopro Learning as a Learning Designer (Trainee) to design AI-powered, personalized learning experiences for Fortune 500 companies. You will undergo an intensive 200+ hour bootcamp to develop expertise in learning design, Gen AI tools, and adaptive learning creation.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct content research and analysis to define learning objectives aligned with business goals; develop and storyboard engaging learning content using AI tools; create learning assets including assessments, simulations, and case studies; collaborate with multimedia and development teams to implement designs.

Skills & Tools: Proficiency with Gen AI tools, content design platforms (PowerPoint, Word), learning design principles, and data analysis for identifying learner personas. Strong creative thinking, adaptability, curiosity about emerging technologies, and collaborative communication abilities.

Qualifications: Recent graduate or final-year student with a bachelor's degree in any discipline; willingness to learn and experiment with new technologies is essential. No prior professional experience required; passion for learning design and AI applications is preferred.

Location: In-Person - Kokata, India

Compensation: ₹300K–₹500K/yr (estimated)

Your Launchpad

Once selected, you will undergo an intensive 200+ hour bootcamp aligned to our capability framework, including, but not limited to:

Content Research and Analysis

Define learning objectives that align with performance outcomes and business goals.
Use Gen AI tools for faster content analysis, synthesis, and ideation.
Identify learner personas and pathways through data and behavioral patterns.

Content Development

Use AI tools to chunk and reframe content into engaging, digestible formats.
Ideate adaptive learning interactions that respond to learner behavior.
Storyboard immersive experiences (eLearning, videos, microlearning) using tools like PowerPoint, Word, and Gen AI platforms.

AI-Augmented Learning Asset Creation

Create learning resources such as assessments, simulations, chatbots, case studies, and infographics.
Incorporate learner feedback loops for continuous improvement.

Production Collaboration

Collaborate and co-visualize with multimedia and development teams to bring designs to life.
Use AI-based quality tools to perform reviews and ensure design fidelity.
