Summary

The Knowledge Specialist manages knowledge related to program solutions at Western Governors University, providing technical support, training, and data management to enhance educational programs. This role is pivotal in capturing, organizing, and disseminating information across the Program Solutions Administration team.

Key Responsibilities: Captures, organizes, and maintains knowledge related to program solutions while developing documentation, training materials, and guides for users. Provides technical support and training, manages data repositories, conducts quality assurance checks, and fosters collaboration across teams.
Skills & Tools: Proficiency in program solutions, technical systems, user support principles, data management, and SharePoint administration. Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving abilities, and experience with online learning platforms and educational technologies.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Education, or a related field is required. Experience with online learning platforms and educational technologies is preferred.
Location: Hybrid in Salt Lake City, Utah, United States of America
Compensation: $49,800 – $74,600/year
