Skills & Tools: 5+ years of HR experience with demonstrated ability to independently handle complex employee relations issues and investigations, proficiency with HRIS systems, strong relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration skills, and excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Qualifications: 5+ years of related HR work experience with expertise in employee relations and investigations; knowledge of HRIS systems and employment law compliance required.
Compensation: $85K–$125K/yr

Job Description

The Human Resources Manager ensures that employee life cycle processes are supported and run smoothly. This position leads ExecOnline’s HR initiatives and ensures that tactical HR support is provided to employees at all levels. The Human Resources Manager acts as the primary ExecOnline point of contact for day-to-day Human Resources, Talent Management, and Talent Acquisition interactions.

In this role you will:

  • Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, performance management, compensation, and engagement initiatives  
  • Serve as the main point of contact for managers and employees on HR and talent related inquiries, including compensation-related questions/situations
  • Oversee full-cycle recruiting including management of one full-time recruiter and recruiting vendor relationships
  • Maintain HR systems, ensuring accurate and compliant information retention and reporting  
  • Ensure compliance with, and stay informed of, relevant employment laws and regulations
  • Manage and resolve employee relations issues including EEO investigations and employee concerns and conflicts 
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including managing external partners and vendors

At ExecOnline, we are committed to fair, equitable, and competitive compensation practices. The base salary range for this role is $85,000-$125,000. This range spans across roles at the Associate Director, Director and Senior Director levels. During the interview process, total compensation will be determined in alignment with market data, team equity, and the experience & capabilities of each candidate. Sales roles, like this role, will also be eligible for a performance-based incentive plan.
