The VP of Account Management is a strategic commercial leader responsible for driving revenue growth from existing clients by leading a high-performing account management team at Meazure Learning, an education technology company. This role involves deepening client relationships, identifying expansion opportunities, and serving as a key member of the commercial leadership team.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and scale a high-performing account management team while setting quotas, pipeline goals, and performance metrics tied to revenue outcomes. Drive strategic growth within existing accounts through upselling and contract expansions, cultivate executive-level client relationships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on go-to-market strategies.
Skills & Tools: 10+ years of account management or sales experience with strong leadership, negotiation, and presentation abilities. Proven track record in driving revenue growth, building executive relationships, and operating with emotional intelligence and commercial acumen.
Qualifications: 5+ years of experience leading teams in account management or sales with familiarity with SaaS or EdTech solutions. Exceptional relationship-building capabilities and demonstrated success in managing complex client accounts.

Compensation: $150Kβ$220K/yr
