Summary

Grammarly seeks a Community Manager to lead the strategy and daily management of their Discourse forum, creating an engaging hub for conversation, problem-solving, and brand advocacy. The role focuses on fostering inclusive community spaces that connect users and inform product development.

Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, content curation, and day-to-day management of Grammarly's forum while moderating discussions and ensuring a safe, inclusive environment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to surface community insights, integrate the forum into campaigns and product launches, and identify engagement opportunities.
Skills & Tools: Strong understanding of online community dynamics, content moderation best practices, and community engagement tools like Discourse and Common Room. Exceptional written communication skills and customer obsession with strategic thinking abilities.
Qualifications: 4–5 years of experience in online community management, moderation, customer support, or digital engagement, preferably in SaaS, AI, or productivity platforms. Hands-on experience running or moderating forums or digital communities with familiarity with community platforms such as Discourse.
Location: Remote - United States
Compensation: $137,000 – $160,000/year
