Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end expert matching between clients and industry experts, ensure timely delivery of insights, and maintain strong relationships with both parties. Support market research and competitive analysis projects, translate client requirements into structured outputs, and contribute to account management activities including renewals and revenue growth.
Skills & Tools: Fluent in Korean and English with strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Analytical thinking, research capability, and ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset.
Qualifications: 1–3 years of experience in consulting, research, recruitment, client servicing, or related fields. Professional-level English proficiency and mandatory fluency in Korean required.
Location: In-Person - Hong Kong, Hong Kong
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation for this role is HK$300,000 – HK$420,000/year based on title, seniority, and location.

We are seeking a Client Solutions professional (1–3 years experience) to join our team focused on the Korea market. This is a full-time, client-facing role involving expert engagement management, research support, and client servicing.

The ideal candidate is fluent in Korean and English, and passionate about consulting, research, and client engagement in a fast-paced global environment.


Key Responsibilities

1. Client & Expert Engagement Management

  • Manage end-to-end expert matching between clients and industry experts, with a focus on Korea-related projects
  • Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of expert insights
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and experts

2. Research & Consulting Support

  • Support clients with market research, industry benchmarking, and competitive analysis focused on Korea
  • Translate client requirements into structured research outputs
  • Provide clear, actionable insights to support decision-making

3. Client Growth & Retention

  • Support account management activities including renewals and ongoing engagement
  • Identify opportunities to grow existing client relationships
  • Contribute to revenue growth through strong client servicing

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal global teams to deliver Korea-focused projects
  • Ensure seamless execution of client requests across regions
  • Support smooth coordination across stakeholders and time zones


What We Are Looking For


  • 1–3 years of experience in consulting, research, recruitment, client servicing, or related fields
  • Strong proficiency in Korean and English (mandatory)
