Summary

Key Responsibilities: Manage a marketing team and execute innovative strategies including PPC/SEO campaigns, web performance optimization, and event marketing to maximize customer engagement and conversion. Skills & Tools: Data-driven mindset with strong ability to analyze performance and make strategic decisions; exceptional communication and storytelling abilities; proficiency with marketing automation tools (HubSpot), social media, content management systems, and email marketing; excellent project management and multi-initiative coordination.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field required. 5+ years of marketing experience in K-12 Education sector with at least 3 years in a leadership role; proven success in budget management and ROI-driven strategies.
Location: Remote from Florida, United States with 25% travel to West Palm Beach, FL office and events

About the Role

What You’ll Do

Lead & Innovate – Manage a high-performing marketing team to drive quality leads that convert into valuable customers. Optimize Web & Digital Presence – Continuously improve website performance to increase traffic and conversion rates. Execute Targeted PPC & SEO Strategies – Maximize engagement through paid and organic marketing campaigns that drive conversions. Drive Event Marketing Success – Ensure targeted personas register and engage with events. Enhance Brand Awareness – Leverage customer stories and content marketing to powerfully position our brand. Analyze & Improve – Utilize marketing analytics tools to track performance and refine strategies for maximum impact.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

5+ years of marketing experience in the K-12 Education Industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Experience with social media, marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot), content management systems, and email marketing tools.

Proven success in budget management and ROI-driven marketing strategies.

Bonus Points For

Scrum Certification

Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or other design tools

Location & Travel

This is a remote role with 25% travel to company offices, events, and customer sites.
