Role Snapshot

SPG Therapy & Education seeks dynamic School Psychologists to provide comprehensive psycho-educational assessments and mental health support services to students in the 2025-2026 school year. The role empowers children and families through special education certification, IEP participation, and consultative support.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct psycho-educational assessments and prepare legally defensible reports for special education eligibility certification. Participate in IEP meetings, provide counseling services, and offer consultative support to administrators, parents, and staff on special education procedures and mental health issues.
Skills & Tools: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong speaking, writing, and listening abilities. Capacity to work collaboratively as a supportive team member and manage complex assessments in accordance with state and federal guidelines.
Qualifications: California PPS Credential is required. Fingerprint background clearance and TB clearance must be obtained.
Location: Placerville, California
Compensation: $88K–$120K/yr
