Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Instructional Media, Education, Library, or related field; 3 years of audio-visual systems experience including design, support, and establishing technology standards; demonstrated knowledge of information technology in education and higher education environment preferred.
Compensation: From $61K/yr

| Description of Work | This position will be responsible for leading and managing learning technologies and learning spaces support at the University of Nebraska Kearney. Coordinate project development and implementation in alignment with University strategic objectives. Lead and promote learning technologies and spaces initiatives in collaboration with academic, administrative, and functional units. Contribute to enterprise academic technology software projects, implementations, and support. Manage and support audio visual projects, implementations, and support. Manage and support business intelligence initiatives and integrations related to academic technology. This position will uphold the ITS core principles of outstanding collaboration and communication, a drive to succeed, a passion for higher learning, and acting with integrity. | Minimum Required Qualifications | Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Media, Education, Library, or related area 3 years of audio visual systems experience to include designing systems, supporting systems, gathering feedback from faculty, and establishing learning space technology standards Demonstrated knowledge of information technology and its use in education, research and support Sound knowledge of managing Learning Management Systems Working knowledge of computer software/hardware including expertise in presentation, video, and audio (both Windows and Mac) Equivalent combination of education, experience, that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities may be considered. |
