Role Snapshot
Lead a team of ML Educators at Amii to create and validate world-class AI literacy content for diverse learners across Canada. This role ensures technical excellence and rigor in educational programs that advance Canada's AI literacy.
Key Responsibilities: Review and validate technical training requests, establish and lead an internal technical Community of Practice for ML Educators, provide technical coaching and mentorship, manage resource allocation and project execution, and guarantee the accuracy of all ML training content.
Skills & Tools: Deep expertise in applied AI and machine learning, technical quality assurance, people leadership and team management, project management capabilities, and advanced knowledge of ML best practices and current industry standards.
Qualifications: Master's degree or Ph.D. in Machine Learning or related field with 3+ years of relevant experience. Curriculum development skills required; PMP certification is optional.
Location: Edmonton, Alberta
Compensation: CA$100K–CA$150K/yr
