IT Warehouse Specialist responsible for managing equipment warehousing, maintenance, distribution, and tracking systems at Grand Canyon Education. This role ensures efficient inventory management and timely delivery of IT equipment to support organizational operations.

Key Responsibilities: Coordinate equipment purchases, manage inventory tracking, prepare and image computers, ship equipment and termination kits, process manufacturer warranty repairs, and track employee equipment returns. Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization while managing equipment tagging, recycling coordination, and rotating shift schedules.
Skills & Tools: Proficiency with MS Office Suite, Active Directory, SCCM, computer imaging, and shipping/receiving software including FedEx Hub. Physical capability to lift 50+ lbs frequently and operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and hand forklifts.
Qualifications: High school diploma required; previous warehouse experience and pallet jack/forklift experience preferred. Related technical certifications helpful but not required; must pass pre-employment background investigation and be available for rotating shifts outside normal business hours.
Location: In-Person - AZ Phoenix
Compensation: $28K–$38K/yr (estimated)

In this role, you will manage equipment warehousing, maintenance, distribution, and employee equipment return. This position will also manage the equipment tracking system. Primary Responsibilities /Accountabilities/ Essential

Functions: 1. Coordinate Equipment Purchases 2. Ensure Cleanliness and Organization of Warehouse 3. Manage Equipment Inventory 4. Computer Imaging 5. Prepare equipment based on tickets 6. Responsible for Coordinating Recycle Pickup 7. Ship Equipment and Termination Kits 8. Tag equipment based on assigned company 9. Track/Verify equipment is Received/Returned by Employees 10. Call in Manufacturer warranty repairs 11. Weekly Inventory Tracking 12. Other duties as assigned Equipment Used and Responsibility MS Office Suite and other applications Active directory, SCCM, network printing, scanning/imaging, Windows operating systems, Mac operating systems Pallet Jack and Hand forklift Outloook, Teams, and other applications Shipping and Receiving software, Fedex Hub Supervisory Responsibilities None Experience/ Education High school Diploma Previous warehouse experience preferred Previous pallet jack and/or forklift experience preferred Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs Related technical certifications are helpful but not required. Must work outside of normal business hours and rotating shifts Must pass pre-employment background investigation.
