Summary
The Director of Student Financial Services leads the financial operations team at Campus, an innovative online education company, focusing on regulatory compliance and enhancing the student financial experience. This strategic leadership role oversees all aspects of student account management, billing, disbursements, and cross-departmental collaboration.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee student billing, disbursements, account management, and collections while ensuring Title IV compliance and regulatory requirements like Return of Title IV Funds (R2T4). Drive process improvements, lead complex account resolutions, manage team operations, and collaborate across departments to optimize the student financial experience.
Skills & Tools: Deep knowledge of student account operations, Title IV regulations, and financial aid compliance; expertise in financial reconciliation, data integrity, and process optimization. Strong team leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and ability to handle complex exception cases requiring nuanced resolution.
Qualifications: Minimum experience managing student financial accounts and collaborating with departments such as Financial Aid and Registrar. Prior leadership experience in a managerial or director-level role required.

Compensation: $120,000 ā $140,000/year
