Summary

Customer Success role at Goalbook focused on supporting 1,100+ school districts to transform instructional practice and improve outcomes for all students. Work with district and school leaders across the country to plan effective implementations and drive user engagement.

Key Responsibilities: Manage renewal efforts with district and school partners, collaborate on implementation planning, deliver online and onsite professional development trainings, and analyze usage data to maximize engagement. Build relationships through onsite meetings, company events, and education conferences with approximately 30% travel required.
Skills & Tools: Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and persuasion skills with a detail-oriented approach and entrepreneurial spirit. Top-notch ability to command attention and deliver effective trainings in both online and in-person formats.
Qualifications: 2+ years instructional leadership or coaching experience and 5+ years teaching experience required. Desirable qualifications include 2+ years school/district leadership, 2+ years business experience in sales or customer success, and special education background.
Location: Remote position based in Seattle, San Francisco Bay Area, or Los Angeles metro areas with requirement to reside within reasonable distance to major airport (Sea-Tac, SFO, or LAX).
Compensation: $70,000 – $110,000 / annually

We partner with 1,100+ school districts in 48 states, working closely with them to support educators with improving instructional practice.   This will be a challenging role that requires you to work with district and school leaders across the country to plan effective implementations and transform instructional practice in every classroom. You can navigate complex discussions, build strong relationships, and be organized and detail-oriented. At the same time, you command attention and deliver effective trainings in both online and in-person formats.   If you were the most impactful teacher at your school and loved coaching and working with other educators, then this will be a great fit.    Key Responsibilities

  • Perform renewal efforts with our district and school partners across the country.
  • Collaborate with district and school leaders to plan effective implementations.
  • Deliver online webinar trainings and onsite professional development workshops.
  • Analyze usage data and metrics and work with district partners to maximize user engagement.
  • Build relationships through meetings with partners onsite, at Goalbook events, and education conferences
  • 30% travel required, and can be heavier during the summer and fall seasons.

  Required Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years instructional leadership or coaching experience
  • 5+ years teaching experience
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and persuasion skills
  • Top-notch organization and attention to detail
  • Entrepreneurial spirit

  Desirable Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years school or district leadership experience
  • 2+ years business experience, ideally in sales or customer success
  • Experience working in Special Education
