Summary

Lead digital assessment operations and post-test administration processes for the College Board's Resolve function, overseeing the successful delivery of digital assessments like the SAT for millions of students annually. Manage test irregularities, optimize workflows, and drive improvements in system automation and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily digital operational activities, manage intake and resolution of testing irregularities reported by students and educators, and coordinate seamless handoffs among teams during tight scoring windows. Identify and prioritize feature backlogs, partner with Technology and Salesforce teams to strengthen efficiency, and advocate for both customer and operations user needs.

Skills & Tools: Strong operations management, data analysis, and project coordination capabilities with proficiency in Agile methodologies and Salesforce preferred. Excellent communication and leadership skills with a customer-focused approach and ability to manage complex, high-stakes processes.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required with a minimum of five years of managerial or analytical experience, ideally in a professional services environment. Customer-focused attitude and demonstrated ability to lead operational functions at a directorial level.

Location: Fully remote from New York, USA, with optional hybrid arrangement (Tuesday and Wednesday in office) for candidates near College Board offices and occasional travel required.

Compensation: $80,000 – $125,000/year
