Role Snapshot
SPG Therapy & Education is hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) for school-based positions to provide compassionate, evidence-based behavioral support and help students thrive in educational environments. The role emphasizes collaboration, mentorship, and culturally responsive, trauma-informed practices.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and design Behavior Intervention Plans, provide consultation and coaching to school staff on behavioral strategies, monitor student progress, and maintain documentation in accordance with ethical and school district standards. Attend IEP meetings, train staff on behavior-analytic procedures, and collaborate with educators, paraprofessionals, and families.
Skills & Tools: Current BCBA certification, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong speaking, writing, and listening abilities, and experience implementing ABA interventions and training school staff and parents on behavioral strategies.
Qualifications: At least two years of school-based experience implementing ABA interventions or supervising programs for students with autism and related disabilities, with experience training school staff and parents. Fingerprint background clearance and tuberculosis clearance required.
Location: San Francisco, California
Compensation: $80K–$110K/yr
