We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator, Business Transformation to support the planning, execution, and delivery of projects across various departments. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, an excellent communicator, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The impact you'll have: Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and documentation. Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes and action items. Track project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Monitor project budgets and expenditures, ensuring alignment with financial goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones. Identify and escalate risks or issues that may impact project timelines or deliverables. Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with organizational standards. Support the Transformation Manager and team with administrative tasks and reporting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a virtual, team-oriented environment. Strong attention to detail. Proficiency in project management principles. Required Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in project coordination or administrative support roles. Proficiency in Smartsheet for project management, reporting, and dashboards is a plus. PMP or CAPM certification is a plus. Travel: <10% to corporate offices Benefits and Pay Range: Pay Range – This role’s range is $51,250 - 84,250. The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that Curriculum Associates considers in making compensation decisions based on our Compensation Philosophy. Actual base pay within that range will vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, prior experience and relevant skill sets. At Curriculum Associates, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances for each case. This role is also eligible to participate in the company bonus plan. The Company recognizes that minimum wage varies by location and will ensure all compensation decisions comply with applicable state and local laws.
