Role Snapshot

Sales Development Representative role focused on generating qualified leads and managing the sales pipeline for Cambium Learning Group's schools segment. This position directly contributes to revenue growth by identifying and qualifying prospective school district customers.

Key Responsibilities: Prospect and outreach to school administrators and decision-makers to schedule sales meetings and generate qualified leads. Maintain accurate CRM records, follow up on leads, and support the sales team in closing deals.
Skills & Tools: Strong communication and persuasion abilities, proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools, and organizational skills. Must demonstrate resilience, adaptability, and comfort with phone and email outreach.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred. 1-2 years of sales development, customer service, or related experience helpful but entry-level candidates with strong sales aptitude considered.
