Role Snapshot
Manager, State Contracts at Amplify Education leads high-stakes statewide partnerships and complex K-12 education implementations. This customer-facing role serves as the primary strategic advisor for state-level accounts, owning the complete customer lifecycle from launch through renewal.
Skills & Tools: Project management, strategic planning, escalation management, financial acumen, Salesforce and Google Suite proficiency, data fluency, ability to navigate complex client relationships and political dynamics, and exceptional communication skills.
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience with 5+ years in Account Management or Customer Success focused on large-scale implementations. Strong data fluency and exceptional communication abilities required.

Compensation: $80Kโ$90K/yr
