Role Snapshot

Director of Sales for ClickSafety who leads a high-performing sales team and drives strategic initiatives to increase revenue growth and market share in the safety training and compliance industry.

Key Responsibilities: Lead and develop sales team through coaching and performance management, design and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with business objectives, establish sales targets and KPIs, manage sales pipeline and forecasting, and oversee achievement of revenue goals.
Skills & Tools: Proven sales leadership, excellent communication, strategic thinking, financial acumen, and proficiency in CRM systems; experience mentoring sales teams and driving revenue growth in competitive markets.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business or related field with 7-10 years of sales experience, including 5+ years in leadership roles; experience in SaaS, e-learning, or safety industries preferred.
Location: Leawood, Kansas
Compensation: $140K–$200K/yr
