Role Snapshot

Lead a sales team for Clover Learning, a fast-growing online healthcare education company, driving sales growth and client relationships in the diagnostic imaging education sector.

Key Responsibilities: Manage and develop a team of sales representatives, execute sales strategy to promote growth, coach team members on consultative sales techniques, and achieve revenue targets through performance management and cross-functional collaboration.
Skills & Tools: Proven sales experience in education or healthcare, leadership capabilities, CRM proficiency, strong financial acumen, and excellent communication and collaborative skills.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred; 3-5 years of sales experience and 3 years of sales leadership experience required.
Location: Kentucky
Compensation: $85K–$125K/yr
