Role Snapshot

Senior Instructional Designer role focused on creating learning experiences for USAA's Real Estate Lending operational changes. You'll partner with business experts to design and implement strategic learning solutions that enhance employee performance and support system adoption.

Skills & Tools: Advanced instructional design methodologies, expertise with Articulate Storyline 360 and learning technologies, strong project management and communication skills, ability to conduct performance gap analysis and synthesize business solutions.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or 4+ years related experience, minimum 6 years progressive work experience in complex instructional design projects with demonstrated advanced knowledge of instructional design methodologies and multimedia development.

Location: San Antonio

Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation for this role is $90,000 – $115,000/year based on senior-level instructional design expertise, military financial services industry, and USAA's market positioning.
