Role Snapshot
Finalsite seeks a Global Technical Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT positions across Poland and the U.S., identifying and hiring top technical talent for software engineering, infrastructure, product, and data teams.
Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles including sourcing, screening, and offer management; partner with hiring managers to define needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies across multiple channels; maintain talent pipeline and ensure positive candidate experience.
Skills & Tools: Deep sourcing expertise with knowledge of Polish and U.S. IT markets; proficiency with ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and multiple sourcing channels; excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to provide market insights on compensation and candidate availability.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; 4β6 years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in both Poland and the U.S., preferably in high-growth technology companies; fluency in Polish and English required.

Compensation: $90Kβ$115K/yr
