Summary
Manufacturing Buyer for Print Production at Kaplan responsible for managing procurement processes, coordinating inventory buys, and optimizing the print supply chain to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate initial inventory buys for new products, manage vendor relationships and replenishment orders at 3PL warehouse, analyze cost and usage patterns, validate inventory receipts, and drive continuous improvements in procurement and fulfillment processes.
Skills & Tools: Strong organization, analytical, and communication skills with knowledge of print production preferred; ability to learn procurement systems including POMS, BDS, Oracle Financials, and LogPro.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in finance, procurement, inventory management or related field, or 8 years equivalent experience; 2+ years of experience in print production preferred.
Location: Remote/Nationwide, USA (Remote from Florida)
Compensation: $25.00/hour
