Join Docebo as an Enablement Lead for Business Development to design and execute strategic training programs that enhance the skills and productivity of global Business Development Representatives. This high-impact role sits at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations, driving team performance through comprehensive enablement strategies.
Key Responsibilities: Design and execute onboarding programs, continuous skill development sessions, and certification programs for the BDR team while managing a centralized content repository of sales playbooks, scripts, and training materials. Partner with BDR Leadership and Subject Matter Experts to identify skill gaps, develop targeted workshops, and translate product and competitive intelligence into actionable training content.
Skills & Tools: 3+ years in Sales or Revenue Enablement with expertise in modern prospecting techniques, cold calling, and discovery methods; strong proficiency in CRM platforms like Salesforce and sales engagement tools. Exceptional presentation and communication skills combined with strong project management and organizational capabilities.
Qualifications: Prior success as a Business Development Representative or Junior Account Executive demonstrating sales excellence. Strong project management and organizational skills are preferred.

Compensation: CA$80K–CA$120K/yr
