Role Snapshot

Lead paid search marketing and conversion rate optimization efforts at StudyPoint to drive significant revenue growth and scale SEM investment 3X-5X over three years while maintaining strong ROI. This director-level role is central to the company's mission to reach more families through data-driven search marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities: Manage and optimize Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns, allocate budgets strategically, conduct keyword and audience optimization, and track KPIs including lead volume and ROAS. Lead conversion rate optimization initiatives through landing page optimization and A/B testing while collaborating cross-functionally with leadership and sales teams to develop business intelligence.
Skills & Tools: Expert-level proficiency in Google Ads, strong analytical capabilities, experience with landing page optimization and CRO, willingness to learn CMS tools and HTML, and excellent cross-functional communication skills.
Qualifications: Minimum 4 years of paid search marketing experience with at least 1 year in a leadership role, proven track record managing large advertising budgets, and preference for candidates based in Eastern time zone, especially Massachusetts.
Location: Eastern time zone
Compensation: $100K–$160K/yr
