Role Snapshot

The Senior Director, Network Learning and Development at Big Brothers Big Sisters of America designs and implements comprehensive professional learning strategies for 230+ local agencies and volunteers across the network, driving program quality and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities: Develop national professional learning strategy, conduct needs assessments, design and oversee training materials and learning experiences, manage the learning management system, and facilitate program delivery and training across the BBBS network. Collaborate with national office departments and subject matter experts to ensure learning content reflects organizational strategy and evidence-based practices.
Skills & Tools: Expertise in adult learning, instructional design, and project management; proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools; excellent communication, facilitation, and thought leadership abilities.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred. 8-10 years of experience in professional learning design, workforce development, or capacity building in nonprofit or education settings.
Location: Continental United States
Compensation: $120K–$180K/yr
