Role Snapshot
Lead housing placement and clinical services initiatives for New England's largest homeless services provider, overseeing the transition of individuals from homelessness to permanent housing. Direct a team managing approximately 120 staff members across multiple programs including emergency shelter, behavioral health, and specialized housing sites.
Key Responsibilities: Develop strategic direction and planning for housing placement and clinical services programs to align with organizational mission and ensure compliance with regulations. Build partnerships with state and local officials, manage funding relationships, and continuously improve program outcomes while maintaining regulatory compliance.
Skills & Tools: Extensive human services leadership experience with personnel management at scale, clinical services integration expertise, and strong knowledge of housing stabilization practices. Demonstrated collaboration and integration skills with ability to communicate effectively and incorporate feedback to improve systems.
Qualifications: Proven leadership experience in large human services organizations with knowledge of homelessness, housing instability, and clinical compliance requirements. Background in managing director-level staff and experience with behavioral health and housing programs preferred.
Location: Boston, Massachusetts
Compensation: $165K–$185K/yr
