Qualifications: Typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in training, instructional design, or related field; proven experience developing training materials and conducting courses preferred.
Location: In-Person - Lakewood
Compensation: $55K–$75K/yr (estimated)

Job Description

This position is in the Customer Service Directorate, Office of Integrated Veteran Care (IVC), Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). This position falls under the Deputy Chief of the Program Management Office. The incumbent is responsible for producing training materials such as user guides and job aids, maintaining and modifying training course content and/or materials, and conducting training courses.
