Role Snapshot
SPG Therapy & Education seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide supervision, conduct assessments, and develop intervention plans for children with Autism and related disabilities in school-based settings in Aurora, Colorado.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians, conduct behavioral assessments, develop and oversee behavior intervention plans, monitor skill acquisition programming, and maintain regular communication with school staff and families.
Skills & Tools: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong speaking, writing, and listening abilities; experience training school staff and parents; ability to work collaboratively as a supportive team member.
Qualifications: Current BCBA certification required with a minimum of two years of school-based experience implementing ABA interventions and supervising programs for students with Autism and related disabilities.
Location: Aurora, Colorado
Compensation: $80K–$110K/yr
