Role Snapshot

Join Strayer University as an Admissions Officer to guide prospective students through the enrollment process in a dynamic, results-driven environment. This role is critical in supporting student recruitment efforts and helping individuals determine if Strayer meets their educational needs.

Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls, conduct phone interviews with prospective students, educate them on academic programs, assist with applications, and partner with internal departments to finalize enrollment. Ensure admissions files are complete, prerequisites are satisfied, and students are properly registered.
Skills & Tools: Strong customer service and communication skills, proficiency in computer applications (Excel, PowerPoint), detail-oriented mindset, ability to cope with stressful situations, and capacity to maintain high ethical standards and compliance awareness.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred with 2-5 years of proven customer service and/or sales experience. Must be detail-oriented, energetic, and capable of working more than 40 hours per week when needed.
Location: Remote - United States
Compensation: $19–$29/hr
