Summary

Join Goalbook as a Customer Success professional partnering with school districts nationwide to enhance instructional practices and support educators. This remote role leverages your education background to drive meaningful impact across 1,000+ school districts in 47 states.

Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with district and school leaders to plan effective implementations, deliver online and in-person training sessions, analyze user engagement data, and manage renewal efforts with partners across the country. Role requires 30% travel, with heavier travel during summer and fall seasons.
Skills & Tools: Required: 2+ years instructional leadership/coaching experience, 5+ years teaching experience, excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, strong persuasion abilities, and entrepreneurial mindset. Preferred: business experience in sales or customer success.
Qualifications: Must have 5+ years teaching experience and 2+ years instructional leadership or coaching background. Preferred: 2+ years school or district leadership experience and 2+ years business experience.
Location: Washington, New York
Compensation: $70Kโ€“$110K/yr
