Weekend Software Support Specialist at Leepfrog Technologies providing exceptional customer service and managing ticket resolutions for the CourseLeaf academic operations platform. This part-time, hourly position serves as the primary communication specialist for the support team during weekend shifts.
Key Responsibilities: Manage client communication, triage and assign support tickets, monitor ticket status updates, respond to incoming calls/chats/messages, and resolve quick-resolution tasks independently. Welcome new users, maintain knowledge of help resources, and identify/escalate urgent issues appropriately.
Skills & Tools: Required skills include excellent organization and time management, customer-oriented communication, strong oral and written communication abilities, and tech-savvy mindset. Preferred experience includes knowledge of web-based applications, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL, and ticket management tools.
