Role Snapshot
The Principal, Healthcare Education Solutions leads the strategic design and delivery of innovative healthcare education programs that address workforce needs and industry trends. This role serves as both a subject matter expert and strategic advisor, shaping Workforce Edge's healthcare portfolio to remain competitive and aligned with employer demands.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and refine healthcare education solutions portfolio, serve as subject matter expert for the healthcare vertical, collaborate cross-functionally with product, partnership, sales, and academic teams, and continuously monitor workforce trends to identify gaps and innovation opportunities.
Skills & Tools: Experience in education strategy and healthcare workforce development, deep understanding of healthcare industry trends, exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement abilities, and analytical mindset with market research capabilities.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree preferred, plus 10+ years of relevant experience in healthcare workforce development or education solutions.
Location: the United States of America
Compensation: $130K–$196K/yr
