SPG Therapy & Education is seeking passionate and creative Occupational Therapists (OT) to join their pediatric team for the 2025-2026 school year, focusing on empowering children and families in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities: Provide direct therapy and assessment services to children in school and clinic settings, collaborate with team members, and maintain documentation while participating in continuing education.

Skills: Current CA OT License or eligibility, strong interpersonal and technical skills for team collaboration, and ability to establish therapeutic rapport.

Qualifications: Passion for helping children reach their potential, fingerprint background clearance, and tuberculosis (TB) clearance are required.

Location: Fairfield, CA, US

Compensation: $54 - $72 / Hourly

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide direct therapy and assessment services to children in school-based and clinic settings
• Collaborate with team members, including teachers, and other specialists
• Maintain thorough and accurate assessment and therapy related documentation 
• Participate in continuing education training
• Provide fieldwork supervision as needed

Requirements:

• Current CA OT License or eligibility

• Highly developed interpersonal and technical skills for team collaboration, establishing therapeutic rapport in a child centered environment
• Fingerprint background clearance
