The Sales & Commission Analyst supports OCLC's sales operations by managing commission calculations, tracking, and reporting. This role ensures accurate compensation for sales teams and provides analytical insights into sales performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities: Analyze sales data, calculate commissions, and maintain commission tracking systems while preparing reports for sales leadership. Support sales operations by reconciling data, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring timely and accurate commission payments.
Skills & Tools: Strong analytical and Excel/data analysis capabilities with attention to detail and ability to work with complex compensation structures. Excellent communication skills to interact with sales teams and finance departments, plus proficiency in relevant software systems.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field with 2-3 years of experience in sales operations, commission management, or similar analytical role. Strong understanding of sales processes and commission plan mechanics required.
